The Ultra Malaria P.f/P.v Ag Test is a rapid immunochromatographic assay designed for the differential detection of Plasmodium falciparum through Histidine-Rich Protein II (HRP-II) and Plasmodium vivax through plasmodium lactate dehydrogenase (pLDH) in human whole blood. This test is intended for professional use only as an initial screening tool. Reactive specimens should be confirmed by a supplemental assay, such as microscopic examination of a thin blood smear.
