Directions
to Use:

1. Clean
   the Area: Begin by washing your hands and the scar or wound area gently with
   mild soap and water.
   
2. Cut to Size: Cut the silicone gel sheet to a size slightly larger than
   the scar using clean scissors
   
3. Peel Off Backing: Carefully remove the protective backing from one side
   of the sheet to expose the adhesive.
   
4. Apply Firmly: Place the adhesive side directly onto the scar or wound,
   ensuring it adheres smoothly without wrinkles or air bubbles.
5. Wear as Directed: Follow the product's recommended duration for wear,
   typically 12-15 hours a day daily
6. Replace as Needed: Replace the sheet as per the instructions, usually
   after 25 days or when it loses adhesiveness.
   
7. Remove and Clean: Gently peel off the sheet, clean the adhesive side
   with  water, and mild soap.
   
8. Be Patient: Scar improvement may take time; continue using the sheets
   until you see desired results.
