Directions for Use:

Preparing the Handpiece for Use

• Begin by ensuring the handpiece is clean and free from debris or contaminants.


• Connect the handpiece to a compatible dental unit or air compressor.


• Check the air pressure and ensure it is within the recommended range of 0.20 - 0.25MPa (2.0 - 2.5kgf/cm2).


• Also verify the water pressure is within the specified range of 0.05 - 0.20MPa (0.5 - 2.0kgf/cm2) to ensure optimal operation

Installing the Bur

• Press the bur release button or activate the chuck mechanism to open the chuck.


• Carefully insert the desired ISO 1797-1 Ø1.59 - 1.60mm standard bur into the chuck, ensuring it is securely held.


• Once the bur is in place, release the bur release button or deactivate the
  chuck mechanism to lock the bur into position.


• Double-check to ensure the bur is securely seated and does not exhibit any wobble during testing.

Adjusting the Rotation Speed

• Use the controls on your dental unit or air compressor to adjust the rotation speed within the handpiece’s range of 350,000 to 450,000 min-1.


• Choose a rotation speed that matches the requirements of the dental procedure you are performing.


• Ensure the speed selected is suitable for the type of bur being used, optimizing performance and reducing the risk of damage.

Operating the Handpiece

• Grip the handpiece comfortably and securely, ensuring proper control and maneuverability during use.


• Position the handpiece tip or working end precisely at the desired location within the oral cavity.


• Activate the handpiece using the designated controls, such as the foot pedal or activation button on the dental unit.
